Modular System Architecture

The servo press system features a modular architecture consisting of a servo cylinder, E-Press industrial software, control box, monitoring instrument and cable module.

The control box manages servo motor operation and force data acquisition, while the E-Press industrial software provides real-time force-displacement curves, force-time curves, judgment windows and envelope detection.

Measurement data and assembly results can be integrated with PLCs and servers for production data traceability. Multiple servo cylinders can also be monitored simultaneously through a single monitoring system.

E-Press Industrial Software

E-Press is Windows-based industrial software designed for intuitive servo press process control and monitoring.

It supports press process programming, real-time force-displacement and force-time curve display, multiple pressing steps and multiple curves for a single workpiece.

The software provides judgment windows, envelope curves and measurement functions, OK/NG evaluation, hierarchical user permissions, press history records, operation logs and alarm logs.

It supports mainstream database formats including MS SQL and Microsoft Access and provides interfaces for secondary development.


E-Press Industrial Software


Servo Electric Cylinder

High-strength mechanical structure designed for long-term operation.

Origin positioning and travel limit functions are completed by the integrated system.
