Ultra-Precision Motion Control

The H-Series servo press provides force accuracy of ≤ 0.3% FS and position accuracy of ≤ 0.005 mm, supporting precision assembly and testing applications with micrometer-level requirements.

Micrometer-Level Precision

Modular System Architecture

The servo press system adopts a modular design consisting of a servo cylinder, E-Press industrial software, control box, monitoring instrument and cable module.

The control box manages servo motor operation and force data acquisition, while the E-Press software provides real-time force-displacement curves, force-time curves, judgment windows and envelope detection.

The system can be flexibly integrated into different control systems, while a single monitoring system can monitor multiple servo cylinders simultaneously.

E-Press is Windows-based industrial software for intuitive servo press process programming and monitoring.

It supports real-time display of force-displacement and force-time curves, multiple pressing steps and multiple curves for a single workpiece.

Evaluation functions include judgment windows, envelope curves and measurement functions. The software also provides OK/NG results, hierarchical user management, press history records, operation logs and alarm logs.

E-Press supports mainstream database formats including MS SQL and Microsoft Access, as well as secondary development.
