Product Description
Working Principle
The power steering fluid vacuum filling machine uses a PLC control system to operate the electrical and pneumatic components throughout the filling process. The system performs an initial vacuum evacuation, followed by large-leak and small-leak detection, a secondary vacuum, and pressure-controlled filling. Once the filling pressure reaches equilibrium, the system vents to atmospheric pressure and automatically performs back suction, removing excess fluid until the required liquid level is reached. This completes one automatic filling cycle.
