The system controls the electrical and pneumatic components through a PLC-based control system to complete the coolant filling cycle for the energy storage cabinet.
The filling process includes vacuum extraction, leak detection, pressure-controlled quantitative filling and automatic back-suction. After the filling pressure reaches equilibrium, the system vents and automatically draws back excess coolant to complete the filling cycle.
Vacuum extraction and coolant filling are completed automatically, eliminating the traditional repeated filling and circulation air-exhaust process. The system supports QR-code scanning to identify different cabinet types and automatically select the corresponding filling parameters.
Filling data can be automatically recorded for process traceability. Airtightness and leak detection can also be integrated into the system to improve production efficiency and reduce manual operations.
The machine supports different filling volumes from 1–500 L per unit and different filling port configurations, enabling one-time intelligent coolant filling for different energy storage cabinet applications.

Positive pressure and quantitative filling
Automatic filling data recording
Automatic back-suction to help prevent coolant dripping
Select the workpiece.
Scan the QR code and select the corresponding filling head.
Connect the filling head to the filling port.
The MES system sends the corresponding process parameters, or the parameters can be entered manually through the touchscreen.
Press the green button to start the automatic process.
The machine automatically completes vacuum extraction, leak detection and quantitative coolant filling.
After filling is completed, the system automatically records the filling data.
Press the red button to remove the filling head. Automatic back-suction is performed during removal to help prevent dripping.
