Precision Alignment for Press Fitting
The centering module guides the angle and position of pressing tools during interference assembly, helping compensate for misalignment between the part and the pressing hole.
Flexible Floating Mechanism
The integrated elastic mechanism allows angular or translational movement during assembly chamfering and automatically returns to its original position after press fitting is completed.
Improved Assembly Quality
By compensating for alignment errors during press fitting, the module helps reduce scratches, extrusion deformation and premature wear, improving the first-pass assembly qualification rate.
