Servo Press Fitting
Servo electric cylinders provide controlled and repeatable press-fitting for bearing outer rings, oil seals, gear rings and wheel hub bolts. One press fitting system can handle different materials and pressing requirements.
Floating Press Head
Floating press fitting technology compensates for alignment variations during assembly, helping maintain consistent bearing press-fitting gaps and ensuring reliable assembly quality.
Fully Automated Loading and Unloading
Robots automatically load and unload wheel hubs, while the production line automatically completes the loading and press fitting of bearing outer rings, oil seals, gear rings and bolts.
Automatic Bolt Press Fitting
A vibration bowl and loading mechanism automatically feed the bolts. The rotating mechanism automatically aligns and rotates the wheel hub, completing sequential press fitting of multiple bolts.
Automatic OK/NG Inspection
The pressing results are automatically evaluated as OK or NG, supporting consistent quality control throughout the production process.
