Robot Laser VIN Deep Marking Solution for Confined Final Assembly Lines
Limited installation space on upper-level vehicle final assembly lines is no longer a challenge for automated laser VIN deep marking.
In automotive final assembly workshops, the vehicle body has already been fully welded, leaving very limited space for laser deep marking operations. Conventional solutions often require opening the vehicle doors to create additional working space, resulting in a more complex process, larger equipment footprint, and reduced production efficiency. Such methods are not ideal for modern manufacturing lines that demand low cost, compact equipment, and short cycle times.
To address this challenge, KINMARK has developed a fully automated robot laser VIN marking system. The robot carries a compact laser marking head and enters the passenger compartment directly through the vehicle window to complete the VIN deep marking process without opening the doors.
